Step into a night where indulgence, artistry, and allure intertwine. “Absinthe & Aphrodisiacs” marks the official opening of Florence Wine Fest 2026 — a two-part evening of culinary seduction and spirited celebration set within the candlelit elegance of The Pickett on Court.
The experience begins with a multi-course Winemaker Dinner (5:00–8:00 PM) presented by winemaker Bill Sweat of Winderlea and winemaker Rob Stuart of R. Stuart & Co., featuring rare library selections and artfully paired dishes by Chef Josh Quick of Odette. Each course is a love letter to flavor, texture, and delight — an intimate prelude to the revelry ahead.
